How do I check my order status or track my shipment?

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and again when your order ships. Your shipment confirmation email will contain tracking information for your order as well as a link to the tracking page where you can track your order online at any time.

We DO NOT ship to PO Box addresses. If you enter a PO Box address and your package does not arrive, it will be likely be returned to us. At that point, we will either refund you product purchase amount minus any unpaid cost for outbound and return shipping to us or we will re-ship the package at your expense once you have paid a second invoice for the cost of re-shipping to a non PO Box address.
