Has my order shipped?

In order to proactively check your order status, you must create an account with us during the checkout process. Otherwise, you will receive an email containing delivery and tracking information when your order has been packaged for shipment. If you have an account login, you can login by clicking “Login” in the main menu navigation. Once logged in, look for your order status under the header “Fulfillment Status".

We DO NOT ship to PO Box addresses. If you enter a PO Box address and your package does not arrive, it will be likely be returned to us. At that point, we will either refund you product purchase amount minus any unpaid cost for outbound and return shipping to us or we will re-ship the package at your expense once you have paid a second invoice for the cost of re-shipping to a non PO Box address.

Once your order has shipped you will also receive automatic status update emails (and texts if your cell phone number was used when you created your account) that will keep you posted on shipment status every step of the way!
