For orders shipping to locations within the United States, our shipping rates are simple. We offer low, standard $9 shipping on most orders. We also offer 2 day and overnight expedited shipping. Flat rate and Expedited shipping is not available for custom items, wireframe displays or items that must ship via freight.
For orders shipping to locations outside of the United States, all available shipping methods will be presented at checkout. Flat rating shipping, free shipping promotions (if applicable) and guaranteed expedited shipping options do not apply to orders shipping to locations outside of the United States.
Please note that all of our wireframes and custom light show pieces are hand made and as such they can take up to 21 or more extra days of processing time prior to shipping, especially during the busiest months of October-December.
Orders valued at more than $250 will ship with signature required for delivery. An adult age 18+ must be present to sign for the delivery. If an adult is not available at the time of delivery attempt, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for how to re-schedule delivery and/or where you can pick up the package. If the package is not picked up and signed for by an adult of 18 years+ and is therefore return to us by the carrier, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to re-ship the order to you.
