Simply submit a return request by clicking the "Returns/Exchanges" link under the "Customer Support" menu at the bottom of this page or any page on our website and select "Damaged Item" as your reason for the return.
If you purchased Red Suit Shipping Protection for the order (available at checkout for most orders), and the package arrives damaged in shipment - just head over to our Red Suit Shipping Protection Claims, Returns and Exchanges Portal to file your claim and we'll get it taken care of for you in a jiffy.
