My Music Box Light Synchronization Controller Isn't Working or Doesn't Seem to Work! What Should I do?

The PBS Lighting Music Box controller is a hi-tech computer-controlled controller that sync’s light and music. The first 4 output channels will trigger to the beat of the music.  The remaining 6 outputs will trigger to different/other parts/frequencies of the music.  Some music will not trigger some of the 6 outputs or seldom trigger them. Different music has different effects. This is normal. No two different pieces of music will trigger the same outputs and each will look different from the next. The effects are pre-programmed into the computer and can’t be changed.

Make sure the volume of the audio line level source is set to slightly above the mid-range for best results.  If you think that the controller is not working correctly conduct this test, connect an audio source that is a talk radio station. Most will work fine. Watch the outputs. All will trigger over a 10-15 second period, some very briefly.

If you are still having issues with your Music Box controller, please reach out to the manufacturer for additional support. You can reach PBS Lighting by email to stanfikel@gmail.com
