If the expected delivery time listed with your choice of shipping has expired and you have taken into account order processing time, and tracking information does not help, please contact us immediately. Your order may have been lost in transit or your order may be late because no one was available to accept delivery, especially in the case of large, heavy or oversize orders that ship via common freight carrier. If you are not present when a delivery is attempted, the carrier will make a second attempt, and often a third. If delivery is still not made, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. You must report to us any undelivered order within 15 days of the date you placed the order.
We DO NOT ship to PO Box addresses. If you enter a PO Box address and your package does not arrive, it will be likely be returned to us. At that point, we will either refund you product purchase amount minus any unpaid cost for outbound and return shipping to us or we will re-ship the package at your expense once you have paid a second invoice for the cost of re-shipping to a non PO Box address.
